This form is to be used by ministries of Life Change Church. If you are requesting to use the building for special events not associated with a specific ministry, please fill out the Special Use Form.
Submission Date: At least 3 weeks before you want to start promoting (typically 5 weeks before your event).
This form is used in getting a Life Change Church ministry or event on the calendar, promoted and communicated to the church body through the multiple avenues available such as the study guide, video announcements, website calendar, LCC app, or Info Center. Rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
